The Collection Point

This is post number 3 of this blog. Please recite Tehillim 3.

Imagine a courtoom where your best friend, or your brother is standing judgement. His life is on the line. You are called as a character witness. Would you say, "Your honor, I know the defendant well. Two years ago, he borrowed 100 dollars from me and has never paid me back." Alternatively, would you say, "Your honor, I know the defendant well. He has done so much good. In fact, last week, he donated 100 dollars to the so and so charity."

What testimony would you choose?

Jewish lives are on the line. Please, let us choose postive testimony. Let's show Hashem how we deserve to live and are worthy of miracles and salvation.

Please post comments below with positive stories. Let's have a list of hundreds of thousands of good deeds that can be used in our defense in the courtroom. To start with, this week, I witnessed amazing unity when I saw volunteers of all ages manning a collection point where people were dropping off supplies for soldiers. People were busy from morning to night sorting and packing cartons to be put into cars of volunteers transmitting the items to their destination points. Mi Keamcha Yisrael.
